10. Service Availability and Call Reliability

DoseDone makes reasonable efforts to ensure reliable delivery of automated reminder calls. However, users acknowledge that call delivery may be affected by factors beyond our control.

Calls may fail, be delayed, or not be delivered due to, but not limited to:

  • Telecom network issues or carrier disruptions
  • Internet connectivity problems
  • Power outages or device unavailability
  • Incorrect or unreachable phone numbers
  • Do Not Disturb (DND) or carrier-level restrictions
  • System maintenance or unforeseen technical failures

DoseDone shall not be held liable for missed, delayed, or unsuccessful reminders resulting from such conditions. Users are advised to use additional methods where necessary for critical medication adherence.

11. Right to Deny or Suspend Service

DoseDone reserves the right to deny, suspend, or terminate access to the Service at its sole discretion, without prior notice, if we believe that a user has violated these Terms or engaged in activities that may harm the platform, its users, or third parties.

  • Providing false or misleading information
  • Using the service without proper consent of the beneficiary
  • Abusive, fraudulent, or unlawful behavior
